For our client, international technological leader focused on the development of intelligent business solutions? we are looking for account manager with fluent English for the temporary help position (minimum of one year at the position).
Job description:
- First point of contact for regular, on-going customer accounts and some “top-tier” customers, on daily operational matters
- Resolving operational issues that may arise from the end-to-end sales process (order status, returns,deliveries, invoicing, returns,...)
- Acts as a point of contact for a specialized topic and trains the team members
- Represents team as a subject matter expert on internal process to other functions and organizations
- Represents team a subject matter expert on internal processes to other functions and organizations.
- Ensures the administrative responsibility for the individual contracts.
- Sometimes need to take over lead functions for customer project from an amin point of view
- Acts as an entry point for C&C, delivery, Finance, ...
- Analyzes processes and business cases in order to provide solution for improvement
