Job offer information
• Active communication and assistance to the local country coordinator, travelers and approvers
• Checking incoming invoices and bills in line with local country policy and Corporate Standards
• Checking and completing trip reports in the SAP system
• Posting finished and approved reports, preparing regular and ad hoc reports
• Administrative support for the corporate procedures
Employee requirements
• Fluent in English
• Active level of French language is a MUST
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, knowledge of SAP is advantage
• Self-reliant person willing to develop
• Accurate and focused on details
• Secondary or University degree in Accounting or Finance is advantage
