Are you excellent in communication? Do you prefer talking on the phone over handling the piles of administration? Job content: - active communication in English language mostly via phone calls - resolving incoming requests from clients - building positive relationship with the clients and focus on their satisfaction - daily usage of company product knowledge for further advisory - working on shifts from 11 AM till 8 AM following day (shift rotation as per agreement in advance) - weekend shifts with additional motivational uplifts
