Job content:
- Active communication in English language mostly via phone calls
- Resolving incoming requests from clients
- Building positive relationship with the clients and focus on their satisfaction
- Daily usage of company product knowledge for further advisory
- Working on shifts from 11 AM till 6 AM following day (shift rotation as per agreement in advance)
- Weekend shifts with additional motivational uplifts
