Are you fluent in French and passionate about providing customer service? We are currently seeking a junior with French language skills to join our team. You you will be responsible for: -Daily cooperation with colleagues (native speakers) from the Front-office, Sales and Key Account Management departments in the supported local country -Taking steps to ensure that customers receive their ordered goods in time and in desired quantity -Pricing related processes -Interaction with Customer service from respective countries -Customer Master Data maintenance in SAP system (general data of the customer, bank data, sales related data) -Quality check of maintained data in SAP database (strong focus on details)
Employee requirements
-Active knowledge of English and French language -Customer orientation, performance motivation -A self-starter who takes initiative -Ability to work independently and within a team -Accuracy, attention to detail and flexibility -Communication and interpersonal skills
