Dyson - premium producer and seller of electrical equipment for households and commercial buildings - is the brand for which CPM Customer Service Staff will be providing the best service in these areas: - Handling inbound calls, e-mails, chat messages coming from existing and potential customers - Serving as the first contact point for customers, promoting the brand and ensuring the best customer experience - Helping customers with their enquieries from areas: troubleshooting issues with their Machines, Machine Registration, Ordering Spares, Exchanges and Refunds and all other Customer Service related issues - Understaning the products, promoting the newest technologies and updates and engaging in conversation about the latest news with customers - Entering all relevant data coming from the customer to various internal systems, reporting
Employee requirements
Language skills: French+English – B2 (and higher) level (fluent, confident in spoken and written form); Customer oriented, communicative, good listener Patient, calm, able to multitask (talk and type at the same time) Pro-active, proposing solutions Ambitious, goal-achieving Open to continuous improvement and training
Benefits of work
Work conditions and benefits - Permanent unlimited contract with 3 months probation period - Work in shifts (8-17, 9-18, 11-20:00) plus weekends - max 2 in a month - You follow your shift plan given by your Team Leader 4 weeks in advance - Basic salary 1290 + allowance and bonuses - 100€ meal vouchers (without contribution of employee) - 5 extra holiday days - 50€ transportation/HO allowance
