- Processing of inbound calls from the clients
- Client support regards to the technical issues or any other problem solving situation
- Processing of feedbacks from customers, providing them help and advisory in the case of need
- Team support for the newjoiners
- Fullfilment of the set targets based on the company standards
Employee requirements
- Fluency in German (the MUST) Intermediate in English (MUST)
- Great communication skills
- Experiences from customer care (advantage)
- Good organizational skills
