• Works with business management team and consult the business requirements • Steering projects and activities independently for and with other remote company purchasing locations &DX (e.g. company Global Supply Chain in Amsterdam and regional country purchasing organizations, Global Process Owner Organization) • Organizing the regular meetings to ensure sharing of the important info with relevant stakeholders & business partners to ensure active and close cooperation and keep high quality of work, learning of the new test methods to be always up to date • Extracts data from business systems by various means - manually, semi-automatically, automatically • Performs data cleansing (manually, semi-automatically, automatically) • Performs data pre-processing routines for data ingestion • Contributes to data reconciliation across systems Digitalization & Project Management: • Contributes to digital upskilling of self and team • Drives projects in the respective area of responsibility, is accountable for project execution • Executes daily operations, supports business and functions with relevant process / technical expertise • Supports tools and training of users Process optimization: • Acts as trouble shooter and validates process documentation - Improves processes, assures quality • Identifies potentials for savings • Monitors, analyzes, reports and solves complex process dependencies • Collaborates with Process Owner in designing automations and process improvements • Acts as internal consultant Shapes, develops and improves the process and tools in line with strategic objective of respective business / function

Employee requirements

• Passion for math, statistics, finance or informatics, data analysis • Basic awareness of programming (VBA, Python, R-studio) and willingness to learn • Advantages: Excel, Power BI, Python, Jupyter, R-studio, VBA, Matlab • Other advantages: Previous experience in reporting, project contributions, Kaggle, math / similar competitions, certificates, references, non-for-profit initiatives
