This position is for our client who is important part of Automotive manufactoring production.
Main Responsibilities
- Accelerating horizontal deployment – Improving cross site learning and 4.0 standards and prioritizes used cases, removing road blocks
- Delivering Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE), increasing committed leveraging connected assets - Move from dashboards to Actionable insights
- Travelling with other Engineering team to accelerate automation on legacy lines and work through Automation
- Improving in production planning efficiency, viewing of inventory through simulation, SIOP 4.0 in factories
- Communication with plant SCM planner, Production and global SIOP team
Employee requirements
Qualifications and Skills
- Masters Degree in engineering
- English - B2
- Over 10 years experience in Automotive Manufacturing and experience in deployment of Industry 4.0 solutions at scale with knowledge of 6 sigma black
- Strong leadership with good communication skills, strategic thinking planning and analytical skillsbelt
