We´re looking for a motivated Greek speakers who would like to start their career in an international stable company within finance. Either you have prior experience from invoice processing or not ...you still have a chance! Open mind, analytical thinking and fluency in Greek are the key.
Job responsibilities:
- Daily processing of suppliers invoices
- Invoice data control (PO number, amount etc.)
- Oversight of the open items (returned invoices, pending payments etc.)
- Cross department communication ( procurement, suppliers )
- Support for the clients regards to the payments
- Regular reporting of the results, status and open items
Employee requirements
- Prior experience from an accounting arear (advantage)
- University education from related area (economics, finance, banking) - advantage
- Analytical thinking
- Advanced communication skills
- Willingness to learn and gain new knowledge
