For our international client in Bratislava, we are searching for Greek speakers who will join fast growing team and extend customer support experience in the field of finance.
Job responsibilities:
- supporting financial related tasks
- management of incoming payments (allocation to accounts, clearing, reporting)
- handling potential issues with payments (tracking them via internal ticketing system)
- supporting customers mostly via email communication
- suggesting process improvements to improve customer experience
- support during transition of new activities from country
Employee requirements
- able to read and write in Greek (B1-B2)
- fluent in English (B2), able to understand trainings and regular meetings in English
- Excel advanced user
- SAP knowledge is advantage
