- Managing team of recruiters across Europe
- Preparing recruitment strategies for mass hiring and employer branding
- Responsibility for budgeting and forecasting
- Managing key stakeholders
- Presenting on a board level
- Preparing reports
- Providing feedback from the European labor market
Employee requirements
- English language on C1 level, knowledge of any other European language is a plus
- Experience with international and mass hiring
- Hands on approach
- Presentation skills
- Previous management experience
- Willingness to travel at least once a month abroad
