- Handling incoming calls, e-mails, chat messages from existing and potential customers
- Helping customers with their questions in the areas of: company product troubleshooting, product registration, exchanges and refunds, and all other customer service issues
- Product support, promotion of the latest technologies and updates, and conversation about the latest news with customers
- Entering all relevant data coming from the customer into various internal reporting systemswith their questions in the areas of: company product troubleshooting, product registration, exchanges and refunds, and all other customer service issues

Employee requirements
Excellent knowledge of German and fluent in English
Communication skills

Ability to work under stress
