For our successful client, a large, strong, international company, we are looking for an active Czech and English-speaking candidate for the position of HR Contact Center Associate with Czech and English. We are looking for a flexible person to become first line support for internal employees in all HR queries.
Home Office based role - can be performed from any location in Czech republic.
Job description:
- responsible for answering the phone calls/emails addressed to ERC (HR basic questions)
- receive HR queries in English and Czech via phone, email or other communication channels
- resolve HR queries by referring to documentation such as frequently asked questions and standard operating procedures
- Communicate both verbally and in written form with the employees to explain and resolve queries
- Be part of a team that actively seeks employee feedback to improve levels of service
Employee requirements
- Fluent in Czech and English
- HR/Customer sevice experience is an advantage
- Computer literacy (Windows, MS Office)
- Flexibility
