We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inventory Specialist.
Responsibilities:
-Support in organizing and coordinating annual fuel inventories
-Responsible for financial process fuel loss (budget, calculation result, accruals, reinvoicing towards partners,..)
-Key responsibility in Inventory manual updates, preparation, processes and rules definition
-Key responsibility for inventory management and support towards other departments
-Key coordination, assistance for all stakeholders in fuel inventory/stock management
-Key contact point for auditors
Employee requirements
University Education – Business, Economics, Administration
Min. professional experience of 5 years
Expert analytical skills
Good organisational and communication skills
MS-Office/ expert excel knowledge
SAP
Flexible in working time and activity
Ability to work in teams
Fluent in spoken and written English and Hungarian
Slovak- native level
