Progressing insurance company is looking for a new member of the Investment Transactions Team. This role is significant for high paced environment and responsibility over payment and settlement approval process. Key responsibilities:
- Supervise payment/settlement confirmations with external parties
- Analysis of any operational inefficiency; diagnose the error and propose solution
- Confirmations of the investment trades (equities, bonds, shares etc.)
- Assesment of the risks - authorised to decline transaction
- Active communication with other departments (Traders, Collateral management team, Custody team etc.)
Employee requirements
- Fluency in English (from B2+)
- Previous experience with investment transactions processing
- Advanced level of MS Office (primarily Excel, PowerPoint)
- Thorough knowledge of financial products
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to think out of the box
