As a Source to Pay Specialist with Russian and English language you will be:
Posting of supplier invoices and taking care about posted documents until they are prepared for payment
Communication with local partners, suppliers in case of missing information, errors or issues for Russian speaking countries
Resolving queries in regard to value deviations of invoices or credit notes
Handling of vendor tickets, calls, claims and ad hoc requests
Handling vendor calls, claims and dunning letters
Processing of vendor balance reconciliations
Following the standard procedures and country specifics
Constantly striving to process improvement
Producing of daily situation reports
Employee requirements
University degree in economic/accounting area or business academy education (the position is suitable for fresh graduates)
Knowledge of English language on a communicative level and of Russian at least on an advanced level (in written and verbal form)
Accounting knowledge and interest to use it at work
Attention to detail, problem solving and analytical skills
Good communication skills and team player
