For our client, international company based in Bratislava, we are searching for a candidate who has several years of experience with stakeholder management, data reporting and analysis and likes to take lead to improve the customer experience. Job reponsibilities: - building strong network across teams and business stakeholders - key contact person for accounts receivable process - analysis of customer feedback and identifying of improvement plans - deep dive process analysis and providing the route cause analysis based on facts and data - analysis of complex or problematic cases including escalation management - Improving NPI score - adjusting and improving existing reports and dashboards
Employee requirements
- fluent in English (C1) - able to build rapport quickly with senior leaders and key stakeholders - proven skills from customer relationship roles - experience in data analysis and projects - proven experience with escalation management
