Job offer information
-Make sure that all the payroll's aspects (taxes, benefits,...) are handled, reviewed, and sent in a timely manner -Process pre- and post-payroll reports (GL posting, variance analysis, and HR reporting) -Respond to and settle employee's questions about the payroll system -Work closely with payroll service providers and the finance department -Make sure the workflow manuals and paperwork are complete -Work collaboratively with HR teams to implement and optimize processes
Employee requirements
-Previous experience with HR processes is a must (minimum 1 year) -Previous payroll experience is an advantage -Strong communication skills and -Full working proficiency in English language -Excel on upper-intermediate level (lookup functions, pivot tables)
