Job responsibilities:
- leadership of team of 30 through Team Leaders (1st Line Managers)
- team development (development successors, promoting open mindset, getting energy for constant growth)
- ensuring the individual and team targets are met as per internal metrics criteria
- managing individual and team performance e.i. quality and productivity; managing underperformance
- applying business strategy to the teams - analysis of financial impact, possible issues, setting up priorities for the year with regular follow up
- cooperation with key process stakeholders regarding process issues, tools or possible escalations; negotiations and networking
Employee requirements
- fluent English (C1) is a must
- previous managerial experience is a must (preferably from SSC/international environment)
- proven experience in leading complex teams, team development and career progress
- strong communication and negotiation skills
- asertivity, able to build respect
- proactivity and adaptability
- dynamic personality
