Job offer information
Provides services in the area of procurement focused on global procurement activities: • Performs administrative tasks in the area of global procurement (approval of purchase requests, orders, etc.). • Monitors / manages procurement related processes. • Communicates with internal customers and other parties, and cooperates with Accounts Payable teams within the PTP structure. • Communicates with suppliers regarding delivery dates and delivery prioritization. • Provides tasks / support for experienced procurement agents and other customers or stakeholders. • Ensures compliance of workflows and processes with established corporate policies. • Processes elementary (1st level support) and / or more complex (2nd level support) requests from the customer in the ticketing tool. • Deals with issues related to quality and / or quantity in a designated work area.
Employee requirements
University degree Relocation to Slovakia is a must ! SAP – advantage Excel- basic user education or previous work experience in finance area is an advantage
