• Quality planning for projects within the product line of chassis components worldwide as well as customer
contact as part of the APQP process
• Review of quality standards and implementation of process audits in projects and plants with a focus on
plastic manufacturing technology
• Introduction, improvements and application of quality methods e.g. FMEA, Control Plan
• Standardization of measurement technology and testing technology for plastic components in coordination
with production
• Support in optimizing the manufacturing processes for a wide variety of plastic products
Employee requirements
- Successfully completed studies as an engineer or industrial engineer (focus on plastics technology) or process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology with further training as a technician with a focus on plastics technology or foreman plastics technology required
- Professional experience in quality management in the automotive industry and experience in quality standards (ISO/TS 16949, VDA volumes) and quality methods and tools desirable
- Strong communication skills with internal and external customers
- High willingness to travel due to the international orientation of the position
- Fluent German and English skills, other foreign languages advantages
