Job content:
- Responsibility for Accounts Receivables of the French speaking entity
- Active communication with the clients (reminding emails/calls)
- Client support in problematic cases - delayed payments, technical issues with their account etc.)
- Regular clients´accounts reconciliations
- Reporting of the results to the management
- Support workload distribution
- Co-operation on training plan preparation and team motivation
- Co-operation with Customer Services, Credit Management or Sales department
Employee requirements
- Prior experiences from adequate area (Accounting / finance)
- Fluency in English and French (the must)
- Analytical thinking
- MsOffice on an advanced level
- Willingness to learn
