We are looking for talented and well-motivated individuals who will:
• ensure clear understanding of customer requirements
• ownership of overall solution design
• obtain necessary approvals
• identify appropriate resources to correctly solution all elements of the deal
• assume ownership of the end-to-end solution,
• identify and resolve key issues, risks and associated dependencies
• cross-department communication
• communication with key stakeholders, customers and suppliers to produce creative and well-defined solutions
• ensure the proposed solution is competitive and correctly engineered
• introduce the proposed solution to internal and external audiences
Employee requirements
Key Competencies:
• Excellent analytical and people communication skills underpinned by good spoken and written English. Additional (European) language beneficial.
• Self-starter
• Knowledge of the telecommunications industry portfolio
• Knowledge of operational support environments e.g. (ITIL)
• Project management skills, especially of leading virtual teams
• Experience with customers and understanding their perspective
• Ability to ascertain risks, plan mitigations and explain the net risk to senior management.
people mgmt. / leadership experience (implicit or explicit)
•previous working in pre-Sales environment.
Personality and skills :
• Extensive understanding of technologies and operational considerations with solid business acumen
• Experience in independently designing large and complex solutions with multiple technical and commercial dimensions
• Extensive knowledge of IT architecture principles and managed service deal structure
• Perseverance to find win/win solutions
• Organisation and project management skills
• Skills to navigate a large organisation and build rapport with all stakeholders
• Self-starter with the ability to maintain high performance under pressure
• People mgmt. and teambuilding skills / capabilities
• Advanced/excellent communication skills
