Job content:
- Coordinate activities and manage a team of trainers
- Responsibility for delivering top quality of end-to-end training programs (in Call cenetrs, Back office, Retail stores)
- Optimize development processes within the department
- Analyze and evaluate the impact of educational activities and findings to propose changes to increase efficiency
- Cooperate professionally in creating the content of trainings delivered externally and in the selection of partners
- Responsibility for planning and adhering to the budget for activities
Employee requirements
- Active English (B2 level)
- Analytical and strategic thinking
- Managerial or leading experiences
- Customer orientation
