Job offer information
- contract for 6 months with the possibility of extension •Processing VISA applications and data entry •Collection and scrutiny of documents and passports at the Application Centre •Handover of Passports to the specific High Commission and/or its consulates. •Handover of passports to Courier/Applicants •Handling customer queries in person, by email and on the telephone •Fee collection and cash handling •Preparing reports for day-to-day transactions - office opening hours - Monday till Saturday - 8:00 - 20:00 - 2 shifts - everyday comunication with international team in english - training in english
Employee requirements
•Excellent written & verbal communication skills •Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages •A good attention to accuracy and detail •A pro active can-do attitude •Flexible / ready and willing to work in shifts •Languages: English speaker, knowledge of ukranian language is welcomed - clean criminal record

English - B1/B2,Ukrainian - B1/B2
