• managing Active Directory Domain Services • creating Group Policy Objects GPO in order to apply to Organizational Units OU in Active Directory to make appropriate changes to workstations and server according to global company technology standards • deployment and installation of Windows Server updates using WSUS • installation of new Server applications, including updates and patches • perform daily network maintenance tasks, configuration and troubleshooting • day to day operations management of infrastructure-related incidents and service requests • monitor and report infrastructure health (network, servers) using monitoring tools including Manageengine OPManager, SolarWinds Orion, VeeamONE • create and maintain accurate, clear and comprehensive infrastructure documentation, • perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization. • day to day operations management of network-related incidents and service requests

Employee requirements

• excellent problem-solving abilities • must have good communications skills, both written and verbal and will be responsible for documentation of all aspects of various system installation and configuration efforts step-by-step • experience in utilizing PowerShell or Batch to automate common functions • experience in building, configuring, and managing Microsoft Windows systems in multi-tenant enterprise environments • experience in managing Windows systems, including Windows Server 2016, 2019 and Windows 10 • an overal understanding of network infrastructure design and best practice principles including routing and switching concepts and technologies, advanced IP addressing, dynamic routing protocols • good knowledge of IT security practice including – Network segmentation, Malware protection, Vulnerabilty patching, • experience of configuring and maintaining DHCP, DNS, Radius/NPS based on Windows Server • experience in working for IT team projects and individual projects • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
