Personal Data we collect from you

  • We will collect personal information about your visits to our websites, including, without limitation, transferred data, location data, web logs, content from surveys and contact forms, and other communications data and resources to which you have access. Our collection of this Personal Data will facilitate your visit to our websites in the future because we will be able to design Content that is relevant to you based on the location from which you access the websites.

We retain your information for a longer period of time necessary to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations. The retention period of your Personal Data depends on the relevant purpose for which the data is processed and the relevant instrument in which the Personal Data is processed. It is not possible to indicate different retention periods in a sufficiently clear format within this Policy. The criteria used to determine the applicable retention period are that we will retain the Personal Data set out in this Policy for as long as (I) it is necessary for the relevant purpose, (II) it is necessary for the performance of our business relationship with you, (III) you have consented to, and/or (IV) it is required by applicable retention laws.
