Požiadavky na zamestnanca
Must have 3-5+ years of experience in IT Helpdesk
Highly technical skill set, including knowledge of various technologies and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Experience with Active Directory and Office 365
Personal attributes like self-starter, problem solver, and ability to multitask
Team-oriented and ability to work collaboratively with other IT members
Additional skills and experience with ESET, VoIP, Veeam, and SonicWALL are desirable
