We are looking for Business Account Representative with fluent English & French to join a new team supporting EU Sales Customer Advisors in our client's company, an international e-commerce company. Your duties also include: • executing daily, weekly, and monthly targets • driving customer satisfaction • partnering with EU Sales team and Product Management teams to provide customer perspective as well as customer-driven product improvement ideas • taking ownership in the continued build-out and documentation of the infrastructure and processes of acquiring and onboarding company's business customers

Candidates with education suit the position: • University education (Bachelor's degree) • University education (Master's degree) • Postgraduate (Doctorate) Number of years of experience: Sales, Business Administration Personality requirements and skills: • fluent German & English is required • excellent communication skills • demonstrable Sales skills • experience in a client facing role is a MUST • ability to work in a fast-paced & multitasking environment • detail oriented with organizational skills • B2B experience strongly preferred • MS Office (mainly Excel) on advanced level • nice to have experience with CRMs
