PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF EMPLOYEES

Processing of personal data of employees

In accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of Personal Data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 2016/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”), we provide the following information regarding the processing of Personal Data of employees or representatives of our potential clients, which we have received directly from the data subjects or from publicly available sources (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Data”).

  1. Personal Data Administrator

The administrator of Personal Data is Talent Solutions Slovakia, s. r. o., with its registered office at Digital Park III, Einsteinova 19, 851 01, Bratislava, Slovakia, ID No.: 44 077 866 (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator” or “we”), and can be contacted for matters relating to Personal Data at gdpr.sk@talent-solutions.sk or by telephone at +421 (2) 53 630 223.

  1. Data Protection Officer

The Company has appointed a Data Protection Officer who can be contacted at gdpr.sk@talent-solutions.sk or by telephone on +421 (2) 53 630 223.

  1. Purpose and legal basis for processing

3.1.The purpose of processing Personal Data is to create a database of potential clients and to contact them with an offer to establish business cooperation.

3.2.The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator to establish business relationships through direct marketing.

  1. Recipients of Personal Data

Personal Data will be processed by our own employees or may be passed on to our processors or other members of the Talent Solutions Group. A list of these members and the locations where all members of the Talent Solutions group operate can be found at https://www.Talent Solutionsgroup.com/worldwide-locations/.

  1. Duration of retention of Personal Data

The Personal Data will be stored for the above purpose until the business cooperation starts, but no longer than 1 year.

  1. Your rights

5.1. You have the right to request access to Personal Data from the Administrator, i.e. you have the right to obtain confirmation from the Administrator as to whether or not your Personal Data is being processed and, if so, you have the right to access your Personal Data and other specified information. You also have the right to correct inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data.

5.2. If you give one of the reasons set out in Article 17(1) of the GDPR and one of the conditions set out in Article 17(3) of the GDPR is not met, you have the right to have your Personal Data erased.

5.3. If a case referred to in Article 18, paragraph 1 of the GDPR occurs, you have the right to restrict the processing of your Personal Data.

5.4. You also have the right to object to the processing of your Personal Data. In this case, we will stop processing your Personal Data for the above purpose and delete it.

5.5. You may exercise any of the rights set out herein by contacting the Administrator by email or telephone as set out above.

5.6. If you believe that the processing of your Personal Data has violated the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the country of your habitual residence, your place of employment or the place where the alleged violation occurred. This supervisory authority for Slovakia is the Office for Personal Data Protection, located at Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, ID No.: 36 064 220, www.dataprotection.gov.sk.
