Responsibilities: - Improve backends and frontend for data-driven forecasts provided to financial management. - Enhance customer experience through better visualization, automated validations, and enabling what-if scenario analysis. - Identify and implement new business requirements in collaboration with the business side. - Actively contribute to customer workshops, meetings, and calls, explaining technical points effectively to non-technical colleagues. - Participate in team brainstorming sessions, code reviews, and pair programming. - Identify and propose automation and data science use cases.

Employee requirements

– Proficient in Python, with experience in frameworks like Django, Flask, and Dash, as well as data science libraries such as pandas, scikit, matplotlib, and plotly. – Strong background in data visualization projects, including app and dashboard development. – Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and frontend libraries, preferably React/Next.JS. – Familiarity with database systems like Postgres or MySQL and development of RESTful APIs. – Ability to adapt to changing work patterns and demands, preferably with experience in agile methodologies like Scrum. – Active participation in knowledge sharing. – Fluent in written and spoken English, with proficiency in German considered a plus.
